摘 要:为进一步提高掘锚一体机施工效率,根据文家坡煤矿掘进工作面现有支护材料及方法,对支护过程中锚杆预紧力进行修正从而提升支护设计强度,对巷道顶板锚杆、锚索支护布置方式进行优化,并对巷道侧壁进行分段支护设计,利用普式压力拱理论计算优化后巷道支护压力。结果表明,设计支护方案中各巷道安全系数均大于3,优化方案能够在确保工作面安全的同时,充分发挥锚索材料性能,提高支护环节的安全可靠性及掘支效率。To further improve the construction efficiency of the excavating and anchoring integrated machine,according to the existing support materials and methods of the excavation working face in Wenjiapo Coal Mine,the pre tension force of the anchor rod during the support process is modified to enhance the design strength of the support.The layout ways of the roof anchor rod and anchor cable support in the roadway are optimized,and the side walls of the roadway are designed with segmented support.The optimized roadway support pressure is calculated using the universal pressure arch theory,and the results show that the safety factors of each roadway in the designed support scheme are greater than 3.The optimized scheme can give full play to the performance of anchor cable materials,and improve the safety and reliability of the support links and the efficiency of excavation and support while ensuring the safety of the working face.
