摘　　要：目的:旨在了解北京某院双相障碍住院患者的药物处方治疗策略。方法:利用医院电子病历系统,对2023年在北京某院接受治疗的双相障碍住院患者的药物处方进行回顾性研究。结果:共纳入病例952例次。所用药物种类包括心境稳定剂、抗精神病药、抗焦虑药和抗抑郁药4类,其中心境稳定剂的使用频率最高。这4类药物使用频率最高的品种分别为丙戊酸钠、奥氮平、劳拉西泮和艾司西酞普兰。药物治疗方案方面,以联合用药为主。结论:在该院接受治疗的双相障碍住院患者,通常采用心境稳定剂进行治疗,且大多数医生倾向于使用多种药物的联合疗法。Objective:To understand the medication prescription strategy of patients with bipolar disorder admitted in a hospital in Beijing.Methods:A retrospective study of medication prescriptions for inpatients with bipolar disorder treated in a Beijing hospital in 2023 was conducted using the hospital electronic medical record system.Results:A total of 952 cases were included.The drugs used included mood stabilizers,antipsychotics,anxiolytics and antidepressants,among which mood stabilizers are used the most frequently.The four types of drugs with the highest frequency of use are sodium valproate,olanzapine,lorazepam,and escitalopram.In the aspect of drug therapy,the combination of drugs is the main method.Conclusions:Hospitalized patients with bipolar disorder treated in this hospital are usually treated with mood stabilizers,and most physicians prefer a combination of multiple drugs.
