摘　　要：目的探讨儿童声音嘶哑(声嘶)疾病的相关病因及临床特点。方法回顾性分析2021年1月至2023年12月该院收治的825例声嘶儿童的临床特点。结果825例患儿中男584例,女241例,男女比例为2.42∶1.00;年龄1个月至14岁,中位年龄6.04岁;声带小结371例(45.0%),慢性喉炎274例(33.2%),急性及亚急性喉炎84例(10.2%);其为小儿声嘶最常见的3种病因,占88.4%(729/825)。其余为声带息肉32例(3.8%),声带麻痹31例(3.7%),喉乳头状瘤6例(0.7%),其他27例(3.3%)。按不同病因采取不同治疗手段好转及治愈率均较高。结论儿童声嘶的发生以男性多见,好发于学龄期及学龄前期,最常见的病因为声带小结,其次为急、慢性喉炎及声带息肉等。婴幼儿声带麻痹、喉乳头状瘤也多见。Objective To explore the etiology and clinical characteristics of hoarseness in children,and to study the application of electronic laryngoscopy in its diagnosis.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on clinical characteristics in 825 children with hoarseness admitted to the hospital from January 2021 to December 2022.Results The age range is from 1 month to 14 years old,with an average of 6.04 years old,including 584 males and 241 females,with a male to female ratio of 2.42∶1.00.Vocal nodule in 371 cases(44.9%),chronic laryngitis in 274 cases(33.2%),and acute and subacute laryngitis in 84 cases(10.2%)are the three most common causes of hoarseness in children,accounting for 88.4%(729/825)of the total population.The remaining cases were vocal cord polyps in 32 cases(3.8%),vocal cord paralysis in 31 cases(3.7%),laryngeal papilloma in 6 cases(0.7%),and the remaining 27 cases(3.3%).Adopting different treatment methods according to different etiologies results in higher improvement and cure rates.Conclusion The occurrence of hoarseness in children is more common in males,and it is more common in school age and early school age.The most common disease is vocal cord nodules,followed by acute and chronic laryngitis,vocal cord polyps.For infants and young children,vocal cord paralysis and laryngeal papilloma are also common.
