摘　　要：经牙槽嵴顶上颌窦底提升术被广泛应用于临床中,用于解决种植手术中上颌后牙区骨量不足的问题,但由于该手术视野受限,上颌窦解剖形态的复杂性和手术较高的技术敏感性,可能会发生上颌窦黏骨膜穿孔、出血等并发症,对患者的生理和心理造成不良影响,该文旨在总结经牙槽嵴顶上颌窦底提升术的围手术期护理要点,积极预防手术并发症,减轻患者心理压力,以期为该手术的优质护理提供参考依据。Transalveolar crest maxillary sinus base lifting is widely used in clinical to solve the problem of insufficient bone mass in the maxillary posterior dental region during implant surgery.However,due to the limited field of view,the complexity of anatomic morphology of maxillary sinus and the high technical sensitivity of surgery,complications such as maxillary sinus mucoperiosteal perforation and bleeding may occur,which will cause adverse physiological and psychological effects on patients,this paper aims to summarize the perioperative nursing points of transalveolar crest maxillary sinus base lifting,so as to provide reference for the quality nursing of this surgery.
