摘 要:由于土壤中残留的三唑类农药危害作物的生长发育,因此缓解三唑类农药药害是保障作物健康生产的迫切需要。基于外源2,4-表油菜素内酯(2,4-epibrassinolide, EBR)可以缓解药害,研究了EBR对3种三唑类农药(多效唑、苯醚甲环唑、戊唑醇)胁迫番茄幼苗的缓解效应,与对照相比,未施用EBR的幼苗生物量下降7.82%~26.82%,叶绿素质量分数下降10.24%~39.51%,氧化损伤指标丙二醛质量分数增长0.18~8.89倍。与未施用EBR相比,施用EBR后幼苗生物量上升7.43%~18.72%,叶绿素质量分数上升7.07%~35.48%,丙二醛质量分数下降16.04%~23.13%,超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶和抗坏血酸过氧化物酶活性分别增长7.49%~44.69%,0~90.7%,4.23%~253.85%,解毒酶谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶、谷胱甘肽还原酶活性分别增长6.67%~126.32%,4.65%~97.67%。EBR可通过提高植物抗氧化性能和解毒水平缓解三唑类农药的药害。Residual triazole pesticides in the soil are harmful to the growth and development of crops,making it urgent to alleviate the damage caused by these pesticides for sustainable agricultural production.Since exogenous 2,4-epibrassinolide(EBR)is known to mitigate phytotoxicity,this study investigated the effect of EBR on the stress caused by three triazole pesticides(paclobutrazol,difenoconazole,tebuconazole).In tomato seedlings,compared to the control group,the biomass of seedlings without EBR decrease by 7.82%~26.82%,chlorophyll mass fraction decreased by 10.24%~39.51%,and the level of malondialdehyde(a marker of oxidative damage)increase by 0.18~8.89 times.However,after applying EBR,the biomass of seedlings increased by 7.43%to 18.72%,chlorophyll mass fraction increased by 7.07%to 35.48%,and malondialdehyde levels decreased by 16.04%to 23.13%,compared to seedling without EBR.Additionally,the activities of antioxidant enzymes such as superoxide dismutase,catalase and ascorbate peroxidase increased by 7.49%to 44.69%,0%to 90.7%and 4.23%to 253.85%,respectively.Similarly,the activities of detoxification enzymes glutathione S-transferase and glutathione reductase increased by 6.67%to 126.32%and 4.65%to 97.67%,respectively.Overall,EBR was found to alleviate the phytotoxicity of triazole pesticides by enhancing the antioxidant activity and detoxification capacity of plants.
