摘 要:组合箱梁在桥梁建设中应用广泛,然而在施工阶段张拉预应力时,预应力损失现象严重。针对预应力损失现象,提出新型预制板抗裂结构体系,分别对预制板、剪力钉和剪力槽进行尺寸设计,并应用于实际工程。其实质为将钢箱梁和上部现浇混凝土隔开,张拉预应力阶段将减少钢箱梁分担的预应力,达到缩小预应力损失的效果。对监测数据和有限元模拟数据对比分析,中支点处预制板增大了1.67 MPa压应力储备。预制板的使用有效降低了预应力损失,对桥梁抗裂产生良好的效果。Composite box girders have widely been used in bridge construction,but they often show serious prestress loss when tensioning prestressing steel bars.For the phenomenon of prestress loss,this paper proposes a new prefabricated panel structure system with crack resistance,the sizes of the prefabricated panel,shear studs and shear grooves are respectively designed and the structure system is applied to the actual engineering.Actually,the steel box girder is separated from the upper cast-in-place concrete,the prestress shared by the steel box girder is reduced during the tensioning phase and the prestress loss is decreased.The analysis of monitoring data and finite element simulation data show that the compressive stress at the middle pivot point of the prefabricated panel is increased by 1.67 MPa.With the use of the prefabricated panels,the prestress loss is effectively reduced,producing a good effect on the bridge crack resistance.
