摘 要:镁合金应用于航空航天工业中能够有效减轻航空航天飞行器自身质量,大幅节省航空燃料的损耗,带来巨大经济效益。航空航天工业对镁合金的耐热性能提出了严苛要求,Mg-RE系耐热镁合金性能更优、应用更广,优化镁合金高温强度和抗蠕变性能对其未来的发展和应用十分关键。综述了Mg-RE系耐热镁合金的强化机制,介绍了不同稀土元素在镁合金中的作用以及耐热镁合金在航空航天工业的应用实例。The application of magnesium alloy in the aerospace industry can effectively reduce the weight of aerospace vehicle,which can greatly save the dissipation of aviation fuel,and bring huge economic benefits.The aerospace industry has put forward strict requirements on the heat resistance of magnesium alloys.Mg-RE heat-resistant alloys have better performance and wider applications.Therefore,optimizing the strength and creep resistance under high temperature of magnesium alloys play an important role in the future development and application.The strengthening mechanism of Mg-RE heat-resistant magnesium alloys was reviewed.The role of different rare earth elements and the application examples of heat-resistant magnesium alloys in the aerospace industry were introduced.
