氧化锆粉末材料对等离子喷涂热障涂层性能影响的研究

摘  要:采用等离子喷涂工艺在GH5188基体材料上制备热障涂层,粘结底层为NiCrAlY,面层分别采用两种不同成分的氧化钇稳定氧化锆陶瓷粉末喷涂而成。通过两种热障涂层的显微组织、热冲击性能和热循环性能测试,对两种涂层的综合性能进行对比。结果表明,采用等离子喷涂工艺制备8YSZ陶瓷面层,粉末形态和粒径尺寸是影响涂层显微组织的重要因素;陶瓷面层中孔隙的存在会增加涂层的应变容限,在一定程度上提高涂层的热冲击寿命;面层陶瓷粉末的杂质含量会影响热障涂层热生长层(TGO)的完整性,进而影响热障涂层的热循环寿命。Thermal barrier coatings were prepared on GH5188 substrates,with NiCrAlY as bond coat,and two different types of yttria stabilized zirconia powders were used to prepare the top coat.The comprehensive performance of the two type coatings was compared by analyzing the microstructure,thermal shock resistance and thermal cycle test results.The experimental results indicate that the morphology and size distribution of the powder have significant effect on the microstructure of the plasma sprayed 8YSZ thermal barrier coatings,and the voids in the ceramic top coats improve the strain tolerance,which furtherly prolong the thermal cycle life of the coating to a certain extent.The impurities from the ceramic powders have effect on the integrity of the thermal growth oxide(TGO)layer,thus,the thermal cycle life is affected.
