摘 要:采用ANSYS软件模拟计算45钢表面激光淬火温度场的变化规律,预测淬火硬化层的深度和宽度,分析工艺参数对45钢表面激光淬火温度场的影响,并探讨工艺参数与45钢表面淬火硬化层深度和宽度之间的相互关系。结果表明:45钢表面的淬火硬化层的深度和宽度与激光输出功率成正比,与激光扫描速度和光斑直径成反比;45钢表面激光淬火的最佳工艺参数为激光输出功率900 W、激光扫描速度8 mm/s、光斑直径φ5 mm,此时,淬火硬化层的深度为0.508 mm、宽度为2.865 mm。ANSYS software was used to simulate and calculate the variation of temperature field of laser quenching on 45 steel surface to predict the depth and width of hardening layer.The influence of process parameters on the temperature field of laser quenching on 45 steel surface was analyzed,and the relationship between process parameters and the depth and width of hardening layer on 45 steel surface were discussed.The results show that the depth and width of the hardened layer on the surface of 45 steel are proportional to the output power of the laser and inversely proportional to the laser scanning speed and the diameter of the spot.The optimum technological parameters of laser quenching on 45 steel surface are laser output power 900 W,laser scanning speed 8 mm/s and spot diameter?准5 mm.The depth of the hardened layer is 0.508 mm,and the width is 2.865 mm.
