摘 要:对Al-10Si-4Cu-0.7Mg合金进行了500℃×5 h固溶+不同时间深冷+170℃×8 h时效处理。采用SEM、拉伸试验、硬度测试、摩擦磨损试验等研究了不同热处理工艺对Al-10Si-4Cu-0.7Mg合金组织与力学性能的影响。结果表明:固溶+10 h深冷+时效态的Al-10Si-4Cu-0.7Mg合金的抗拉强度和硬度分别为358 MPa和158 HV,比T6态合金的分别提高了17.4%和27.4%,另外高、低载荷下耐摩擦磨损性能也比T6态合金的有不同程度的提高。与T6态Al-10Si-4Cu-0.7Mg合金相比,固溶+10 h深冷+时效态的合金组织中Si相数量明显增多,更为细小均匀,未溶的第二相也明显细化。Al-10Si-4Cu-0.7Mg alloy was prepared at 500℃×5 h solid solution+different time cryogenic+170℃×8 h aging treatment.The effects of different heat treatment processes on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Al-10Si-4Cu-0.7Mg alloy were studied by SEM,tensile test,hardness test and friction and wear test.The results show that the tensile strength and hardness of Al-10Si-4Cu-0.7Mg alloy in solution+10 h cryogenic+aging state are 358 MPa and 158 HV,respectively,which are 17.4%and 27.4%higher than that of T6 state alloy respectively.In addition,the wear resistance of Al-10Si-4Cu-0.7Mg alloy under high and low load is also higher some extent than that of T6 state alloy.Compared with T6 state Al-10Si-4Cu-0.7Mg alloy,the amount of Si phase in the alloy of solid solution+10 h cryogenic+aging state is obviously increased,which is more fine and uniform,and the undissolved second phase is also obviously refined.
