摘 要:以某电厂A修金属检验中发现局部低硬度P91封头为研究对象,采用等温线外推法对其剩余寿命进行评估并对其计算结果的精确性进行了分析。结果表明:封头的硬度与应力对其剩余寿命评估有很强的敏感性。为提高局部低硬度封头剩余寿命的评估精度,此次分析通过封头的网格化硬度检测与数据采集并对封头的整体硬度进行非线拟合,利用图像方法对封头的低硬度区进行提取及量化;结合有限元对其应力分析的结果,可计算封头低硬度区在该位置应力作用下的剩余寿命。这种基于图像处理方法的寿命评估手段相较于传统的等温线外推法对承压部件进行寿命评估具有更高的精确性且适用于局部低硬度承压管件,为广大技术人员处理局部低硬度管件提供了新思路。P91 head with local low hardness found in A repair metal inspection of a power plant is taken as the research object.The remaining life is evaluated by isotherm extrapolation method and the accuracy of the calculation results is analyzed.The results show that the hardness and stress of the head are very sensitive to the residual life evaluation of the head.In order to improve the evaluation accuracy of residual life of local low hardness head.The grid hardness test and data acquisition of the head and non-line fitting of the overall hardness of the head were carried out.The image method was used to extract and quantify the low hardness area of the head,and the residual life of the low hardness area of the head under the action of stress in this position can be calculated by combining with the stress analysis results of the finite element method.Compared with the traditional isotherm extrapolation method,the life evaluation method based on image processing method has higher accuracy and is suitable for local low-hardness pressure pipe fitting,which can provide a new idea for technicians to deal with local low-hardness pipe fitting.
