摘 要:西藏拉萨高海拔铜多金属矿铜钼分离作业金属矿物抑制剂单一应用硫氢化钠,分离回水中残余的HS-进入生产水系造成选矿回水pH超过12,直接影响前端铜钼混合浮选作业铜矿物的上浮。在原矿铜品位0.948%、钼品位0.032%情况下,年铜回收率仅87.17%,钼回收率33.79%。为了避免铜钼分离作业回水中HS-对混合浮选铜矿物上浮的影响,通过研究铜钼混合精矿工艺矿物学特性,筛选出铜矿物的无机与有机联合抑制剂及混合精矿中非铜硫化矿物的环保抑制剂,针对黄铜矿、斑铜矿、辉铜矿以及多铜矿物使用硫氢化钠与巯基乙酸钠联合抑制、非铜金属矿物及非金属矿物实施靶向抑制,提高了铜钼分离作业分选效率,极大降低了硫氢化钠药剂用量,降幅达57.39%,单耗降为671 g/t。通过添加铜矿物有机抑制剂巯基乙酸钠221 g/t、硫化物有机抑制剂13.53 g/t AT-208,规避了单一使用硫氢化钠无机药剂对前端铜钼混合浮选指标的影响,在原矿铜品位0.934%、钼品位0.025%情况下,年铜回收率90.102%,钼回收率44.363%,铜钼回收率较优化前分别提高2.932%、10.573%。新型环保有机药剂发挥各自靶向抑制作用既能降低药剂消耗,保障选矿回水pH稳定,同时实现了矿产资源的综合高效回收,为企业高质量发展及提高企业核心竞争力提供了技术支撑。The copper-molybdenum separation operation in the high-altitude copper polymetallic ore concentrator in Lhasa,Tibet,only uses sodium hydrosulfide as an metal mineral depressant.This causes the residual HS-in the return water to enter the production water system,causing the pH of the water to exceed 12,which directly affects the floating of copper-bearing minerals in the front-end copper-molybdenum mixed flotation operation.When the copper grade is 0.948%and the molybdenum grade in raw ore is 0.032%,the annual copper recovery is only 87.17%and the molybdenum recovery is 33.79%.In order to avoid the impact of HS-in the return water in the copper-molybdenum separation operation on the floating of copper minerals in mixed flotation,the process mineralogy characteristics of the copper-molybdenum mixed concentrate were studied to screen out the inorganic and organ-ic combined depressant for copper minerals and environmentally friendly depressant for non-copper sulfide minerals in mixed concentrate.For chalcopyrite,bornite,chalcocite and multi-copper minerals,sodium hydrosulfide and sodium thioglycolate are used as jointly depressant,non-copper metallic minerals and non-metallic minerals are targeted to be depressed,which improves the separation effect of copper-molybdenum separation operations and greatly reduces the dosage of sodium hydrogen sulfide by 57.39%,and its unit consumption is reduced to 671 g/t.By adding 221 g/t of sodium thioglycolate for depressing copper minerals and 13.53 g/t of organic depressant AT-208 for sulfide minerals,the impact of the single use of sodium hydrosulfide inorganic agent on front-end copper and molybdenum mixed flotation indicators was avoided.When the copper grade is 0.934%and the molybdenum grade in raw ore is 0.025%,the obtained annual copper recovery is 90.102%and the molybdenum recovery is 44.363%.The copper and molybdenum recovery have increased by 2.932%and 10.573%respectively compared with before optimization.The new environmentally friendly organic agents exert their respec
