摘 要:基于常规经验设计的游梁式抽油机免维护尾轴承(密封调心滚子轴承),其润滑及密封性能不能有效适用于抽油机特有的摆动工况和曲柄剪刀差工况。为合理确定免维护尾轴承的润滑脂填脂量和密封圈径向过盈量,以游梁式抽油机免维护尾轴承为研究对象,采用有限元计算法,建立摆动工况下轴承流体域中润滑脂和空气两相流动的计算模型,分析润滑脂填脂量对轴承腔中润滑脂分布的影响规律,并提出最优填脂量润滑方案;对免维护尾轴承的密封圈进行过盈状态以及现场工况(曲柄剪刀差)下的应力分布计算及优化,以满足最优填脂量下的密封要求。研究结果表明:为保证轴承滚子的充分润滑以及密封圈在过盈状态下和曲柄剪刀差状态下的密封性能,免维护尾轴承润滑脂最优填脂量为70%~90%,密封圈与轴承内圈的径向过盈量为0.25 mm。通过试验验证了优化后的免维护尾轴承满足密封要求。研究结果可为游梁式抽油机免维护轴承的设计提供理论支撑。The lubrication and sealing performance of the maintenance free tail bearing(sealed self-aligning roller bearing)of the beam pumping unit designed based on conventional experience cannot effectively apply to the unique swing and crank scissors difference working conditions of the pumping unit.In order to reasonably determine the grease filling amount and radial wring of seal ring of the maintenance free tail bearing,taking the maintenance free tail bearing of a beam pumping unit as the research object,the finite element calculation method was used to establish a calculation model for the grease and air two-phase flow in the fluid domain of the bearing under swing conditions.The influence of grease filling amount on the distribution of grease in the bearing chamber was analyzed,and the optimal grease filling lubrication scheme was proposed.The stress distribution of the seal ring of the maintenance free tail bearing under the interference state and field working conditions(crank scissors difference)was calculated and optimized to meet the seal requirements under the optimal grease filling amount.The research results show that in order to ensure sufficient lubrication of the bearing rollers and the sealing performance of the seal ring under interference and crank scissors difference states,the optimal grease filling amount for maintenance free tail bearing is 70%-90%,and the radial wring between the seal ring and the bearing inner ring is 0.25 mm.The test results show that the optimized maintenance free tail bearing meets the seal requirements.The research results provide theoretical support for the design of maintenance free bearing of the beam pumping unit.
