摘  要:针对井下套管变形问题,胜利油田采用高强度、抗压能力强的TP140V高钢级套管进行井下作业,但变形后的TP140V高钢级套管回弹率高,使用常规整形工具易造成遇卡。分瓣式整形器可以有效避免上述问题。为此,通过有限元模拟仿真与室内试验相结合的方法,针对壁厚为9.17 mm、外径为139.7 mm(5.5 in)的TP140V高钢级缩径套管,探究摩擦因数、单次整形量及套管材料对分瓣式整形器整形的影响规律。研究结果表明:随着套管和分瓣式整形器之间摩擦因数的增大,最大修复力也增大,近似成线性关系;单次整形量较小时整形所需修复力较小且修复力变化平稳,建议单次整形量为2 mm;套管材料屈服强度越大,整形修复力越大、修复量越小,且变形套管缩径程度越大,变化越明显。所得结论可为分瓣式整形器现场施工提供理论指导。High compressive strength TP140V high grade casing has been used in Shengli Oilfield to avoid deformation of downhole casing.However,when the TP140V high grade casing deforms,it has high rebound rate,the conventional shaper is easily stuck.The split shaper can effectively avoid the above problem.Taking the TP140V high grade necking casing with a wall thickness of 9.17 mm and an outer diameter of 139.7 mm(5.5 in)as the research object,the finite element simulation and laboratory test combination method was used to explore the influence of friction factor,single shaping amount and casing material on the shaping of split shaper.The research results show that as the friction factor between the casing and the split shaper increases,the maximum repair force also increases,approximately in a linear relationship.When the single shaping amount is small,the repair force required for shaping is small and the change in repair force is stable.The single shaping amount is recommended to be 2 mm.The higher the yield strength of the casing material,the greater the repair force of shaping,the smaller the repair amount,and the greater the necking degree of the deformed casing,the more obvious the changes are.The conclusions provide theoretical guidance for the field operation of split shapers.
