仪器管理与护士技能培训相结合在急诊护理管理中的应用

摘　　要：[目的]探析仪器管理与护士技能培训相结合在急诊护理管理中的应用效果。[方法]选取我院2022年1-12月期间实施常规管理的15名护士为甲组,另选取我院2023年1-12月期间实施仪器管理与护士技能培训相结合的15名护士为乙组,对比两组应用效果。[结果]乙组理论、操作考核成绩评分高于甲组(P<0.05)。乙组仪器维修率低于甲组(12.5%<37.5%)(χ^(2)=2.667,P=0.034)。[结论]急诊护理中,应用仪器管理与护士技能培训相结合,效果确切,显著提高了护士对仪器的相关理论认识、技能水平,并降低了仪器维修率,值得推荐。[Objective]To explore the application effect of combining instrument management with nurse skill training in emergency nursing management.[Method]Fifteen nurses who implemented routine management in our hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as Group A,and another fifteen nurses who implemented a combination of instrument management and nurse skill training in our hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as Group B.The application effects of the two groups were compared.[Result]The theoretical and operational assessment scores of Group B were higher than those of Group A(P<0.05).The maintenance rate of instruments in Group B was lower than that in Group A(12.5%<37.5%)(χ^(2)=2.667,P=0.034).[Conclusion]In emergency nursing,the combination of instrument management and nurse skill training has a definite effect,significantly improving nurses’relevant theories and skills of instruments,and reducing instrument maintenance rates,which is worthy of recommendation.
