摘 要:光伏电池的输出功率随光照强度和环境温度的变化而变化,设计合理的最大功率点跟踪(Maximum Power Point Tracking, MPPT)算法对于太阳能的高效利用具有重要的意义。本文以某分布式光伏发电系统为例,首先基于光伏电池的等效电路,通过MATLAB/Simulink建模对光伏电池输出功率与光照和温度之间的关系进行了分析;然后,设计了Boost升压电路,可得到稳定的750V直流母线电压;最后,在变步长扰动观察法的基础上引入阶矩因子g和步长函数t(k)对ΔU进行变化,进一步验证了最大功率点的跟踪效果。研究结果表明,该算法简便可行,能够使光伏电池在光照强度和温度发生变化时输出最大功率。Considering that the output power of photovoltaic(PV)cells varies with changes in light intensity and ambient temperature,it is of great significance to design a reasonable MPPT algorithm for the efficient utilization of solar energy.Taking a distributed photovoltaic power generation system as an example,this paper established a model of(PV)cells based on the equivalent circuit in MATLAB/Simulink firstly.Then,the relationship between output power of PV cells and the light intensity together with temperature were analyzed.Next,the Boost circuit was designed for obtaining the stable 750V DC bus voltage.Finally,on the basis of the variable step perturbation observation method,the order moment factor and step function were introduced to change the voltage,and the tracking effect of the maximum power point was further verified.The research results indicated that the algorithm was simple and feasible,and could enable PV cells to output maximum power when there were changes in light intensity and temperature.
