摘  要:研究了焊后热处理温度对15-5PH焊接接头组织和性能的影响,检测了焊接接头的强度、冲击吸收能量和残余奥氏体含量。结果表明,焊后热处理温度为480~580℃时,随着焊后热处理温度的升高,焊接接头的强度逐渐下降,冲击吸收能量逐渐升高,残余奥氏体含量逐渐增多,金相组织晶粒大小逐渐均匀,性能逐渐稳定,晶界耐腐蚀性逐渐提高。The effect of post-weld heat treatment temperature on the microstructure and properties of 15-5PH welded joints was studied,the strength,impact absorption energy and residual austenite content of welded joints were tested.The results showed that when the post-weld heat treatment temperature was 480 to 580℃,with the increase of post-weld heat treatment temperature,the strength gradually decreased,the impact absorption energy gradually increased,the residual austenite content gradually increased,the metallographic structure grain size gradually became uniform,the performance gradually stabilized,and the corrosion resistance of grain boundaries gradually improved.
