摘 要:基于高产能和高精度齿条棒材感应热处理生产线的成功研制,重点介绍了齿条棒材连续感应淬火冷却系统的开发方案,主要包括冷却方式、系统布局、介质种类、淬火压力流量及介质温度的设计选择等。以37CrS4HL齿条棒材为例,对其感应调质热处理后的组织与性能进行了试验分析,验证了冷却系统各项参数设置的合理性,以生产出符合验收标准的高品质调质齿条棒材。Based on the successful development of high-yield and high-precision induction heat treatment production line for rack bars,the development of continuous induction furnace cooling system was emphasized,including the design and selection of cooling methods,system layout,medium types,quenching pressure,flow rate and medium temperature.Taking 37CrS4HL rack bar as an example,the microstructure and properties after induction quenching and tempering were characterized and analyzed.The results verified the rationality of the layout of cooling system and the setting of various parameters,and high-quality rack bars could be produced that met the acceptance standards.
