摘 要:以TCL先进半导体显示产业总部为背景,介绍了框架-核心筒混合结构中采用拱结构转换外框柱的应用与分析。通过模型对比,评估了拱结构对整体结构抗侧刚度的影响。针对单拱转换外框柱的结构特点,分别进行构件内力和楼板应力分析,探究了核心筒与外框拱之间的剪力传递机理,采取相应的构造加强措施。针对拱结构的关键节点,建立实体有限元模型进行分析,并考虑了钢管混凝土的脱粘效应,确保了节点的构造合理。通过合理的楼面梁布置及屈曲分析方法,可保证拱结构平面内外的稳定。施工模拟分析结果表明,通过预留施工缝可以减小拱结构拉梁上楼板轴拉力。综合以上分析结果,在框架-核心筒混合结构中采用拱结构转换技术可行,通过相应的计算分析和构造措施可有效保证结构的安全可靠。Based on TCL Advanced Semiconductor Display Industry Headquarters project,the application and analysis of using arch structure to transform outer frame column in frame-core tube mixed structure were introduced.The influence of arch structure on the lateral stiffness of the whole structure was evaluated by model comparison.According to the structural characteristics of the outer frame column of the single arch structure conversion,the internal force of the component and the stress of the floor were analyzed respectively.The shear transfer mechanism between the core tube and the outer frame arch was explored,and the corresponding structural strengthening measures were taken.Aiming at the key joints of the arch structure,a solid finite element model was established for analysis,and the debonding effect of concrete filled steel tube was considered to ensure the reasonable structure of the joints.Through reasonable floor beam arrangement and buckling analysis method,the stability of the arch structure inside and outside the plane can be ensured.The results of construction simulation analysis show that the axial tension of the floor slab on the tension beam of the arch structure can be reduced by reserving construction joints.Based on the above analysis results,it is feasible to adopt the arch structure conversion technology in the frame-core tube mixed structure,and the safety and reliability of the structure can be effectively guaranteed by the corresponding calculation analysis and construction measures.
