摘 要:提出了一种以铝蜂窝复合板作为覆面板的新型轻钢龙骨复合墙板结构,为探究其对钢框架结构抗震性能的影响,对钢框架-轻钢龙骨-铝蜂窝复合墙板试件进行了拟静力加载试验;对加载过程中复合墙板的开裂、破坏情况以及结构的整体破坏形态等进行了分析,探讨了钢框架-轻钢龙骨-铝蜂窝复合墙板结构在单调荷载作用下的抗震性能。另外,通过有限元软件MSC.Marc平台对试件进行数值模拟分析,以校核有限元模型并确定复合墙板抗侧刚度计算参数;对实际的4层钢框架结构建模并开展时程分析,考察添加复合墙板前后钢框架结构的最大层间位移角以及基底总剪力时程变化情况,分析了复合墙板对钢框架结构地震响应的影响。结果表明,由于复合墙板的影响,钢框架结构的抗侧刚度有所增加,周期有所减小,进而导致地震响应有所增大;但地震响应增大幅度不及增加的抗侧刚度,所以各层最大层间位移角仍普遍有所减小,均满足限值要求。A new type of light steel keel composite wallboard structure with aluminum honeycomb composite board as the cladding board was proposed.In order to explore its effect on the seismic performance of steel frame structure,the quasi-static loading test was carried out on the steel frame-light steel keel-aluminum honeycomb composite wallboard specimen.The cracking and failure of the composite wallboard during the loading process and the overall failure mode of the structure were analyzed.The seismic performance of the steel frame-light steel keel-aluminum honeycomb composite wallboard structure under monotonic load was discussed.In addition,through the finite element software MSC.Marc platform,the numerical simulation analysis of the specimen was carried out to check the finite element model and determine the calculation parameters of the lateral stiffness of the composite wallboard.The actual four-story steel frame structure was modeled and time-history analysis was carried out.The change of maximum inter-story displacement angle and the total base shear force of the steel frame structure before and after the addition of the composite wallboard were investigated.The influence of the composite wallboard on the seismic response of the steel frame structure was analyzed.The results show that due to the influence of composite wallboard,the lateral stiffness of steel frame structure increases and the period decreases,which leads to the increase of seismic response.However,the increase of seismic response is less than the increase of lateral stiffness,so the maximum inter-story displacement angle of each layer is still generally reduced,which meets the limit requirements.
