摘 要:全干式预应力拼装柱节点作为一种高效的装配式节点,开展该类节点的试验和数值研究对全干式预应力拼装框架结构体系抗震性能的评价具有重要作用。通过拟静力试验研究了无粘结预应力钢棒(UBPC)、有粘结预应力钢棒(BPC)、纵筋和无粘结预应力钢棒(RUBPC)三种预应力拼装柱节点在45°双向偏压作用下的力学性能。然后,运用有限元软件分析了外加轴压比、预加轴压比、纵筋配筋率和配箍率等参数对预应力拼装柱节点抗震性能的影响。结果表明:BPC、UBPC试件可通过柱脚粘接面的张开降低预制柱构件的损伤;且各试件在1/100的位移角限值内基本处于弹性变形状态;试件破坏时,RUBPC、UBPC试件的预应力损失分别为25%和22%,表明了其具有良好的自复位特性。As an efficient fabricated joint,the experimental and numerical study of fully dry prestressed assembled column joint plays an important role in the evaluation of seismic performance of fully dry prestressed assembled frame structure system.The mechanical properties of three prestressed assembled column joints of unbonded prestressed steel bar(UBPC),bonded prestressed steel bar(BPC),longitudinal reinforcement and unbonded prestressed steel bar(RUBPC)under 45°bidirectional bias were studied by quasi-static test.Then,the effects of external axial compression ratio,prestressed axial compression ratio,longitudinal reinforcement ratio and stirrup volume reinforcement ratio on the seismic performance of prestressed assembled column joint were also studied.The results show that the damage of precast columns for BPC and UBPC specimens could be effectively reduced by opening the bonding surface of the column base.And each specimen is basically in an elastic deformation state within the displacement angle limit of 1/100.When the specimen is damaged,prestress loss of RUBPC and UBPC specimens were 25%and 22%respectively,indicating that they have good self-centering characteristics.
