摘　　要：As one of the important“engines”for cosmetics innovation,the new raw materials have continued to maintain explosive growth rates since the implementation of the Regulations on the Management of Registration and Filling for New Cosmetics Raw Materials on May 1,2021.According to statistical results,a total of 45 kinds of new raw materials have been registered on the official website of the National Medical Products Administration since the first half of 2024,while 24 kinds and 13 kinds of new materials were registered in the first half of 2023 and 2024,respectively.
