摘 要:人们一直致力于开发由天然聚合物和可再生资源制成的环保薄膜,特别是具有优良机械性能、光学性能的多功能薄膜。纤维素是一种取之不尽、用之不竭的原料,具有亲水性、生物相容性、生物降解性等特点,是制备环保薄膜的理想选择。设计了一种绿色路线来制备强韧的再生纤维素膜(RC)。采用物理、化学双交联的策略制备了再生纤维素膜,并系统地研究了不同交联方法对薄膜力学性能的影响。微观结构和形貌表征表明,与普通RC膜相比,交联膜致密性明显提高、缺陷减少,分子间相互作用增强。使用纤维素纳米球(PCNS)作为物理交联剂制备的再生纤维素膜,随着PCNS加入量的增加,再生膜的力学性能先增加后降低,当PCNS的添加量为5%时,薄膜的拉伸强度达到最大值38.1 MPa。使用叶酸(FA)作为化学交联剂制备再生纤维素膜,发现薄膜的拉伸强度也能得到明显增强,FA添加量为10%时薄膜拉伸强度最高,为42.7 MPa。在此基础上并用两种交联剂制备的再生纤维素膜能够更大程度地提高薄膜的拉伸强度,拉伸强度达到45.3 MPa,断裂伸长率达到16.4%。此外研究发现FA的引入使薄膜具有很好的抗紫外性能。People have been committed to the development of environmentally friendly films made of natural polymers and renewable resources,especially multi-functional films with excellent mechanical properties and optical properties.Cellulose is an inexhaustible raw material with hydrophilic properties,biocompatibility and biodegradability.It is an ideal choice for preparing environmentally friendly films.A green route was designed to prepare strong regenerated cellulose membranes(RC).The regenerated cellulose films were prepared by physical and chemical cross-linking,and the effects of different cross-linking methods on the mechanical properties of the films were studied systematically.The microstructure and morphology of the crosslinked RC films showed that the compactness of the crosslinked RC films was significantly improved,the defects were reduced,and the intermolecular interaction was enhanced.The mechanical properties of the regenerated cellulose film prepared by using cellulose nanospheres(PCNS)as the physical crosslinking agent increased at first and then decreased with the increase of the amount of PCNS.When the amount of PCNS was 5%,the tensile strength of the film reached a maximum of 38.1 MPa.When folic acid(FA)was used as a chemical crosslinking agent to prepare the regenerated cellulose film,it was found that the tensile strength of the film could also be significantly enhanced,and the tensile strength of the film was the highest when the FA content was 10%,which was 42.7 MPa.On this basis,the regenerated cellulose film prepared with two crosslinking agents can improve the tensile strength of the film to a greater extent,with the tensile strength reaching 45.3 MPa and the elongation at break reaching 16.4%.In addition,it was found that the introduction of FA made the film have good UV resistance.
