摘 要:热挤压三通产品在管线连接中应用广泛,由于开孔位置应力集中更为突出,存在管道失效的安全隐患。为了提高热挤压三通的承载能力,基于国家标准和行业标准中三通开孔等面积补强相关技术规范要求,建立了三通开孔处等面积补强的计算模型,并应用此模型分析了袖管对三通等面积补强的影响,通过有限元仿真和试验测试对计算结果进行了验证,结果表明按照该模型设计的等面积补强合理有效,能够为提高三通产品服役过程中安全可靠性提供有效保证。Hot-pressed tee products are widely used in pipeline connections.Due to the stress concentration being more prominent at the opening position,there is a hidden safety hazard of pipeline failure.To improve the load-carrying capacity of the hot-pressed tee,based on the technical specifications for equal area reinforcement around the tee opening according to national and industry standards,a computational model for equal area reinforcement at the tee opening was established.This model was used to analyze the effect of sleeve reinforcement on the tee products equal area reinforcement.The computational results were validated through finite element simulation and experimental testing.The results indicate that the equal area reinforcement designed according to this model is reasonable and effective,and can provide effective assurance for enhancing the safety and reliability of tee products during service.
