摘 要:由于海上稠油热采注采一体化管柱在注热时会产生温度效应,造成卡套接头拉脱事故。文中对此研制一种多刃式卡套接头保护器。通过研究结构参数对卡套接头力学性能的影响,确定卡套接头结构,基于ANSYS静力学仿真,分析实际工况下卡套接头各刃口的咬入情况,并进行室温拉伸试验,验证了仿真结果的准确性。试验结果表明:新型多刃式卡套接头保护器抗脱力达到18.62 kN,3个刃口的管线咬入深度与仿真最大变形量变化趋势一致,误差在6%以内。文中研制的多刃式卡套接头保护器现已实现6井次应用,均无异常情况。Because of the temperature effect during heat injection of the injection-production integrated string of offshore heavy oil thermal recovery,there are pull-out accidents of the fittings connector.In this paper,a new fittings connector protector was designed.By studying the influence of structural parameters on mechanical properties of fittings connector,the structure of the fittings connector was determined.Based on ANSYS static simulation,the cut-in state of fittings connector under actual working conditions was analyzed,and the accuracy of simulation results was verified by room temperature tension test.The test results show that the anti-pulling force of the new multi-tube fittings connector protector reaches 18.62 kN.The pipeline cut-in depth of the three edges is consistent with the maximum deformation of simulation,and the error is less than 6%.The multi-tube fittings connector protector developed in this paper is used in 6 wells without any abnormal condition.
