摘  要:文中利用ANSYS研究了多层波纹管的摩擦系数对波纹管轴向刚度的影响,同时确定了多层波纹管的单层等效厚度值,并将单层波纹管模型所得轴线刚度值与实际测量结果进行比对。计算结果表明:摩擦系数设置为0.15时,轴向刚度值多层波纹管仿真计算结果所得的误差最小,为5.6%。单层等效厚度法所得轴向刚度误差为4.4%。说明单层等效厚度法计算结果的误差更小。文中研究证明了单层等效厚度法的可行性,也为获得波纹管轴向刚度值提供参考。The effect of the friction coefficient of multilayer corrugated pipes on their axial stiffness was studied in ANSYS.At the same time,the equivalent thickness value of a single layer of the multilayer corrugated pipe was determined,and the axial stiffness values obtained from the single-layer corrugated pipe model were compared with actual measurement results.The calculation results indicate that when the friction coefficient is set to 0.15,the error in the axial stiffness value obtained from the multilayer corrugated pipe simulation is minimized at 5.6%.The axial stiffness error using the single-layer equivalent thickness method is 4.4%.This demonstrates that the error in the results obtained by the single-layer equivalent thickness method is smaller.This study confirms the feasibility of the single-layer equivalent thickness method and provides reference for obtaining the axial stiffness value of corrugated pipes.
