摘 要:为提升水工建筑物过流面抵御高速挟沙水流冲磨破坏的性能,设计正交试验,研究聚乙烯醇纤维、聚丙烯纤维、钢纤维在3种掺量水平下对C35抗冲耐磨混凝土抗压性能、劈裂抗拉性能及抗冲耐磨性能的影响,并基于价值工程理念,确定试验范围内最佳纤维掺量。结果表明:在混凝土中掺加以上3种纤维,会小幅降低混凝土的抗压强度,但能够显著提高混凝土的劈裂抗拉强度和抗冲耐磨强度。其中PVA纤维掺量水平对混凝土的劈拉强度影响显著,PVA纤维和PP纤维掺量水平对混凝土抗冲耐磨强度影响显著。综合考虑混凝土的性能和成本,采用复掺1 kg/m^(3)PVA纤维、1 kg/m^(3)PP纤维的抗冲耐磨混凝土配合比,生产效益最佳。In order to improve the performance of the flow surface of hydraulic structures against the impact and wear of high-speed sand-laden water flow,an orthogonal experiment was designed to study the influence of polyvinyl alcohol fiber,polypropylene fiber and steel fiber on the compressive properties,splitting tensile properties and impact and wear-resistance of C35 impact and wear-resistant concrete at three dosage levels.And based on the concept of value engineering,determine the optimal fiber content within the test range.The results show that adding the above three types of fibers to concrete will slightly reduce the compressive strength of concrete,but it can significantly increase the splitting tensile strength and impact and wear-resistance of concrete.Among them,the PVA fiber content level has a significant impact on the split tensile strength of concrete,and the PVA fiber and PP fiber content levels have a significant impact on the impact and wear-resistance of concrete.Considering the performance and cost of concrete comprehensively,the impact and wear-resistant concrete mix with 1 kg/m^(3)PVA fiber and 1 kg/m^(3)PP fiber is used to achieve the best production efficiency.
