摘 要:在满足工作性能、力学性能等要求的前提下,研究了矿物掺合料种类、掺量对混凝土水化放热和收缩变形的影响。结果表明,掺加矿渣粉有助于降低早期水化放热速率,但会增加放热总量,增大混凝土自收缩,在配合比优化的基础上,进一步掺加具有水化速率和膨胀历程协同调控的抗裂剂后,所制备的低温升高抗裂C40混凝土7 d绝热温升不超过40℃,且绝热温升1 d与7 d比值不超过50%,60 d自生体积膨胀变形超过140με,满足张靖皋长江大桥主塔承台大体积混凝土抗裂性设计要求。On the premise of meeting the requirements of working performance and mechanical properties,the effects of mineral admixture types and contents on the hydration heat and shrinkage deformation of concrete were studied.Results showed that adding mineral powder can reduce the heat release rate of early hydration,but increase the total heat release and increase the self-shrinkage of concrete.On the basis of mix proportion optimization,the low-temperature-rise and crack-resistant C40 concrete was prepared by adding the anti-cracking agent with coordinated control of hydration rate and expansion process.The adiabatic temperature rise of the concrete at 7 d is less than 40℃,the ratio of adiabatic temperature rise at 1 d to 7 d is less than 50%,and the autogenous volume expansion deformation at 60 d is more than 140με,which meets the crack resistance design requirements of mass concrete for the main tower of Zhangjinggao Yangtze River Bridge.
