摘　　要：在旅游业快速发展的时代,游客对旅游的需求朝着多样化、个性化方向发展,加上旅游新业态的不断出现,对旅游人才提出新的要求,如何满足旅游需求侧产生的这种变化,成为旅游发展的重要议题之一。以郑州市为例,对郑州市旅游行政部门、行业协会、高等学校、旅游人才队伍调查,找出郑州市新型旅游人才培养存在的问题,提出郑州市新型旅游人才培养路径,为郑州市旅游业高质量发展助力。In the era when tourism develops rapidly,tourists have diversified and individualized needs for travel,and new tourist business patterns continue to emerge,tourism employees must meet new requirement.How to respond to the changes in demand-side of tourists is a key point in tourism development.Take Zhengzhou as an example,we investigate tourism administrative departments,tourism industry associations,colleges and universities,workforce in tourism industry in Zhengzhou to find out problems in new tourism employees training in Zhengzhou city and put forward the paths of cultivating new tourism talents to contribute to the high-quality development of tourism in Zhengzhou City.
