摘  要:真空成型复合材料不同于热压罐成型复合材料,固化时无需使用热压罐,仅需对预浸料预制件施加一个真空压力,通过热补仪或烘箱完成固化过程,具有生产成本低、适用范围广、生产效率高等优点。本文将单向带和织物两种真空成型复合材料采用热补仪和烘箱两种工艺固化的层压板的孔隙率进行对比,金相检测结果表明热补仪成型层压板的孔隙率略高于烘箱成型层压板,但两者的差异不大,并通过试验进一步研究了热补仪和烘箱两种固化工艺对真空成型复合材料层压板层间剪切性能的影响,试验结果表明热补仪和烘箱成型层压板的层间剪切强度差异很小,烘箱成型层压板的层间剪切强度略高。本文证明了热补仪对文中两种单向带和织物真空成型复合材料的固化效果很好,可以达到接近烘箱的固化效果。Vacuum molding composites are different from autoclave molding composites.During the curing of vacuum molding composites,there is no need to use an autoclave.Only a vacuum pressure needs to be applied to the prepreg pre-form,and the curing process is completed through the hot bonder or oven.Vacuum molding composites have the advantages of low production cost,wide applicability,and high production efficiency.This paper compares the porosity of laminates cured by two vacuum molding composites,unidirectional tape and fabric,using hot bonder and oven curing processes.The metallographic examination results indicate that the porosity of the hot bonder formed laminate is slightly higher than that of the oven formed laminate,but the difference is not significant.The effects of two curing processes,hot bonder and oven,on the interlaminar shear properties of vacuum molding composite laminates are further studied through experiments.The test results show that there is little difference in interlaminar shear strength between the hot bonder and the oven formed lami-nates,and the interlaminar shear strength of the oven formed laminates is slightly higher.In this paper,it is proved that the curing effect of the hot bonder on the two types of unidirectional tape and fabric vacuum molding composites is very good,and it can achieve the curing effect close to the oven.
