摘　　要：转炉煤气作为冶金企业重要的能源介质,其稳定储存与输送不仅关系到各工序的正常生产,而且作为重大危险源介质,其安全管控对于企业安全生产至关重要。目前威金斯型煤气柜广泛应用于转炉煤气回收储存系统,受转炉煤气自身特性的影响,煤气柜侧板易出现腐蚀、泄漏现象,存在着较大安全隐患。唐钢公司开发出一种威金斯型煤气柜侧板漏点在线处理新技术,该技术相较传统处理技术具有操作便捷、封堵持久性强、可在线处理的优点,对实现煤气系统稳定运行具有重要意义。As an important energy medium for metallurgical enterprises,the stable stor⁃age and transportation of converter gas is related to the normal production of each process,and its safety control is crucial for the safe production of enterprises regarding that con⁃verter gas is also a major source of hazardous media.At present,Wiggins gas holders are widely used in the converter gas recovery and storage system.Due to the influence of the properties of the converter gas,the side panels of gas holders are susceptible to corrosion and leakage,which is a big safety hazard.Tangsteel has developed a new technology of on⁃line treatment of Wiggins gas holder side panel leakage,which has advantages of convenient operation,strong sealing durability and online treatment compared with the traditional treat⁃ment technology,and is of significance to realize the stable operation of the gas system.
