摘 要:工业生产的过程中,炼钢厂汽化冷却系统需要采取有效的水垢控制、防腐蚀措施,提升循环冷却水系统的使用寿命。无磷水处理方案作为一种环境友好型处理方式,在全社会对环保日益重视的情况下得到有效的推广。通过对无磷水处理方案直接作用的梳理,并结合实际的工程项目,深入分析了循环冷却水系统的工作状况,在此基础上,分析如何合理选择无磷水处理方案,在取得良好的水处理效果的同时,有效减少循环冷却水系统运行过程中带来的环境污染问题。In the process of industrial production,the vaporization cooling system of the steel plant needs to take effective scale control and corrosion prevention measures to improve the service life of the circulating cooling water system.As an environmentally friendly treatment method,the phosphorus-free water treatment program has been effectively promoted in the context of the increas⁃ing attention paid to environmental protection by the whole society.By sorting out the direct role of the phosphorus-free water treatment program and combining it with actual projects,the working con⁃dition of the circulating cooling water system is analyzed in depth.On this basis,the paper discusses how to reasonably select the phosphorus-free water treatment program in order to play a good role in water treatment and effectively reduce the environmental pollution brought about by the operation of the circulating cooling water system simultaneously.
