摘　　要：反渗透膜技术近些年在工业上应用比较广泛,但在实际应用过程中,经常会出现反渗透设备超高压运行、防爆膜频繁破裂、反渗透设备运行周期短、反渗透设备清洗困难等问题。为解决该问题,结合除盐站运行实际,通过采取设置高压泵高低压保护、阀门开关延时、控制进水水质、选择适合的杀菌剂、设置适宜的清洗液温度等一系列措施,有效保证了反渗透设备的高效、稳定运行。Reverse osmosis membrane technology has been more widely used in indus⁃try in recent years,but in the actual application process,there are often problems such as ultra-high-pressure operation of reverse osmosis equipment,frequent rupture of explosion-proof membranes,short operating cycles of reverse osmosis equipment,and difficulties in cleaning reverse osmosis equipment.To solve those problems,combined with the actual op⁃eration of the desalination station,by taking a series of measures such as setting the high and low pressure protection of high pressure pump,valve switching delay,incoming water quality control,selecting suitable bactericidal agent,and setting the appropriate temperature of the cleaning solution,the efficient and stable operation of the reverse osmosis equipment is effectively ensured.
