摘  要:马钢特钢高速线材厂16#、17#轧机齿轮箱分配轴径向轴承出现三次保持架断裂故障,第一次出现轴承保持架断裂故障后,技术人员在齿轮箱安装了振动传感器进行监测,在后期两次轴承保持架断裂事故中,在线振动监测传感器无法提前24 h拾取轴承保持架断裂引起的振动异常信号,针对上述问题给出了原因分析。同时轴承保持架由钢材质更换成塑性和延展性更强的铜材质后,机组运行4个月后没有出现轴承保持架断裂故障。There were three serious failures of cage fracture of the radial bearing of distribu⁃tion shaft of 16#and 17#gear box of rolling mills of Masteel Special Steel High-speed Wire Rod Mill,technical personnel installed vibration sensors in the gear box for monitoring after the first acci⁃dent occurred.In the later two bearing cage fracture accident,the online vibration monitoring sen⁃sors cannot catch the abnormal vibration signal caused by the bearing cage fracture 24 hours ahead of time.In view of those problems this paper introduces the reason analysis.After replacing the bear⁃ing cage from steel to copper,which has stronger plasticity and ductility,the unit operated for four months without any fracture of the bearing cage.
