摘 要:机械装配是机械制造过程中的重要环节,装配质量直接影响到产品的性能和使用寿命。传统的十字轴式万向联轴器关节装配采用挡圈配磨后组装的方式,这种方式对相关零件的尺寸精度要求较高,且挡圈配磨周期长,严重影响生产进度,亦不满足现代工业高质量发展的要求。通过深入研究分组装配法在挡圈设计中的应用,验证了挡圈分组设计的计算方法及选配、验算的可行性。优化设计后的关节降低了相关件的加工难度,缩短了装配周期,提高了装配的灵活性和装配件的合格率。Mechanical assembly is an important part of the mechanical manufacturing pro⁃cess,and the quality of assembly directly affects the performance and service life of the product.The traditional cross shaft type universal coupling joint assembly adopts the way of assembling after grinding the retaining ring,which requires high dimensional accuracy of the relevant parts,and the long cycle of grinding the retaining ring,which seriously affects the production schedule,and does not meet the requirements of the modern industrial high-quality development.Through in-depth study of the application of group assembly method in the design of retaining ring,the calculation method of group design of retaining ring and the feasibility of its selection and checking are verified.The optimized design of the joint reduces the machining difficulty of the relevant parts,shortens the assembly cycle,and improves the flexibility of assembly and the qualification rate of the assembly.
