摘 要:为分析和测算高炉喷吹富氢气体的降碳效果,通过碳平衡方法建立数学模型对富氢喷吹的碳减排量进行测算,并结合实际生产数据对测算值进行了验证。为分析高炉富氢喷吹的经济性,以现有原料价格为基础,对高炉富氢喷吹的效益进行了测算,得出采用焦炉煤气作为富氢气体进行高炉富氢喷吹在碳减排及经济效益上均有较大的优势。In order to analyze and measure the carbon reduction effect of hydrogen-rich gas injection for the blast furnace,a mathematical model was established to measure the carbon emission reduction through the carbon balance method,and the measured value was verified with the actual production data.As to analyze the economy of blast furnace hydrogen-rich gas injection,the benefits were measured based on the existing raw material prices,and it was concluded that the use of coke oven gas as a hydrogen-rich gas for blast furnace hydrogen-rich gas injection has a greater advantage in both carbon emission re⁃duction and economic benefits.
