摘　　要：当前重特大事件档案工作机制存在法规制度规定过于原则、实用性和可操作性不够详尽的问题。需从“前端控制”的视角出发,解决构建责任主体不明确、档案部门源头介入不及时、档案工作与突发事件应对管理工作融合度不高、档案部门主导权发挥不充分等不足,健全优化档案部门源头介入、全程主导、有效评估的重特大事件档案工作机制。At present,the working mechanism of the major emergencies archives has the problems that the regulations and regulations are too principle,practicability and operability are not detailed enough.From the perspective of the"front-end control,"it is necessary to address the shortcomings of unclear responsibility subjects,insufficient timely intervention by archives departments at the source,low degree of integration between archives work and emergency response management,and insufficient exercise of the leading power of the archives department.We should improve and optimize the archival working mechanism of major emergencies that the archival departments source intervention,the whole process of leading,and effective evaluation.
