摘 要:为了应对河道堤防工程存在的风险评估与管理问题,研究分析全生命周期的风险要点。同时,引入风险管理理论,设计基于风险的河道堤防工程标准化管理体系。结果显示,反滤铺盖治理方案的生命、经济及环境风险因子的考核系数分别为0.93、0.85、1.15,最终考核得分为785.64分,高于合格标准分。表明在防洪治理中,反滤铺盖治理方案是可行的,且验证了风险评估与管理体系的有效性。研究结果可为堤防工程的防洪抢险提供方法参考。In order to address the risk assessment and management issues of river embankment engineering,the key risk points throughout the entire lifecycle were studied and analyzed.At the same time,risk management theory was introduced and a risk based standardized management system for river embankment engineering was designed.The results show that the assessment coefficients for the life,economic and environmental risk factors of the anti filter blanket treatment plan were 0.93,0.85 and 1.15,respectively.The final assessment score was 785.64 points,which was higher than the qualified standard score.This indicates that the anti filter blanket treatment scheme is feasible in flood control and proves the effectiveness of the risk assessment and management system.This provides a method reference for flood prevention and rescue of embankment engineering.
