摘 要:目的探讨Teach-Back多元化健康教育对胆囊切除术患者疼痛和自护能力的影响。方法110例行胆囊切除术治疗的患者采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各55例。对照组采用常规健康教育护理干预,观察组采用Teach-Back多元化健康教育护理干预。比较干预前后2组患者视觉模拟评分(VAS)、自我护理能力量表(ESCA)评分及并发症发生率。结果干预前2组VAS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后观察组VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预前2组ESCA各项评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后观察组ESCA量表自我概念评分(28.87±3.20)分、自我护理技能评分(42.09±3.69)分、自护责任评分(25.13±2.77)分和健康知识水平评分(46.71±3.78)分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论Teach-Back多元化健康教育有助于缓解胆囊切除术患者疼痛,提高自护能力,护理满意度更高。Objective To explore the influence of Teach Back diversified health education on pain and self-care ability of patients undergoing cholecystectomy.Methods A total of 110 patients who underwent cholecystectomy were selected and randomly divided into control group(n=55)and observation group(n=55).The control group adopted routine health education,and the observation group adopted Teach Back diversified health education.The visual analogue scale(VAS),exercise of self-care agency scale(ESCA)and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the VAS score of the observation group(2.05±0.50)was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in ESCA scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the self-concept score(28.87±3.20),self-care skill score(42.09±3.69),self-care responsibility score(25.13±2.77),and health knowledge level score(46.71±3.78)of the observation group patients were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Teach-Back diversified health education can ease the pain and improve self-care ability and nursing satisfaction of patients with cholecystectomy.
