摘 要:可调静子叶片(Variable Stator Vane,VSV)机构可显著改善发动机气动性能与喘振裕度。考虑VSV机构受到的气动扭矩和轴向载荷以及机匣内侧温度热载荷等实际条件影响,文章将VSV机构柔性摇臂作为研究对象,设计搭建了VSV机构柔性摇臂运动疲劳精度特性试验台,详细开展了不同循环运动次数下的机构疲劳运动特性试验,并对调节角度精度等变化规律进行分析。结果表明:在该五级联调机构中,各级叶片角度均值随行程的增加而增大,并在往返行程中存在滞回现象;S4级角度级差相对最大,峰值数值约为0.9°,各级角度级差均符合预期设计要求。叶片角度偏差在部分循环下发生小范围波动变化。Variable stator vane can significantly improve the engine aerodynamic performance and surge margin.Considering the variable stator vane subjected to the aerodynamic torque and axial load and the inside temperature thermal load and other practical conditions,this paper takes variable stator vane flexible rocker arm as research object.The kinematic fatigue characteristic test rig of the flexible rocker arms of variable stator vane is designed and built to carry out the kinematic fatigue characteristic test of the mechanism under different motion cycles,and the regulation angle accuracy and other variation laws are analyzed.The results show that:in the five-stage adjustment mechanism,the average value of blade angle at all stages increases with the increasing stroke,and there is a hysteresis phenomenon in the round-trip stroke.S4 stage angle difference is the largest,with a peak value of about 0.9°,and all stages of angular differences meet the expected design requirements.The angle deviation of the blades fluctuates in a small range under some cycles.
