摘 要:针对在材料迟滞阻尼和结构内阻尼的共同作用下,转子容易发生内阻尼失稳振动的情况,建立了柔性转子内阻尼失稳动力学模型。该模型考虑了滚动轴承的接触和间隙非线性、轴承处内阻尼和外阻尼的影响,通过滚动轴承的运动学和载荷分析,得到考虑游隙的滚动轴承接触恢复力表达式。利用数值积分方法对柔性转子内阻尼失稳振动特性进行了研究,并在单盘转子实验器上,开展了轴承游隙对失稳门槛转速影响的验证实验。研究结果表明:轮盘处外阻尼系数与内阻尼系数之比,对失稳门槛转速的影响较轴承处的影响较大,失稳门槛转速随着系数比的增加而显著提高;轴承处外阻尼系数与内阻尼系数之比,对失稳门槛转速的影响较小,失稳门槛转速对此系数比不敏感;系统失稳门槛转速随着轴承游隙增加而明显降低,在系统失稳之后的同一转速下,极限环半径随着轴承游隙的增加而变大。研究结果对在滚动轴承支承的柔性转子系统设计、装配与试验中避免内阻尼失稳振动,具有一定的指导意义和参考价值。Aiming at the situation that rotors are prone to internal damping instability vibration under the combined effects of material hysteresis damping and structural internal damping,a dynamic model for flexible rotors internal damping instability is established.The model incorporates the nonlinearities of contact and clearance in rolling bearings,as well as the influences of internal and external damping at the bearing locations.Through kinematic and load analysis of the rolling bearings,a contact restoring force expression considering clearance is derived.The characteristics of internal damping instability vibration of flexible rotors are studied using numerical integration methods,and experimental validation was conducted on a single-disc rotor test rig to examine the effect of bearing clearance on the threshold speed of instability.The research results indicate that the ratio of the external damping coefficient to the internal damping coefficient at the disc location has a more significant impact on the threshold speed of instability than at the bearing location,with the threshold speed increasing markedly as this ratio increases.Conversely,the ratio of the external damping coefficient to the internal damping coefficient at the bearing location has a minimal effect on the threshold speed of instability,with the threshold speed being insensitive to this ratio.Furthermore,the system's threshold speed of instability decreases noticeably with an increase in bearing clearance,and at the same rotational speed post-instability,the limit cycle radius increases with increasing bearing clearance.These findings provide valuable guidance and reference for avoiding internal damping instability vibration in the design,assembly,and testing of flexible rotor systems supported by rolling bearings.
