摘 要:为了探究扫描速度对FSP/激光重熔AZ31镁合金复合改性的组织、力学性能与耐腐蚀性能的影响,采用体视镜、共聚焦显微镜、X射线衍射仪、维氏硬度计和电化学工作站等仪器研究了不同扫描速度下FSP/激光重熔AZ31试样的组织与力学性能。结果表明:随着扫描速度的增大,宏观形貌更加平整,晶粒尺寸随之细化,β相的含量也随之减小;扫描速度从1 200 mm/min增至1 800 mm/min时,熔凝区与热影响区的显微硬度随之增大且均高于FSP-AZ31试样,当速度达到1 800 mm/min时,熔凝区显微硬度达到最大,为71.62 HV,相比于FSP-AZ31提升了23.82%;当扫描速度增大,改性后试样的耐腐蚀性能逐渐增强,扫描速度为1 800 mm/min的试样腐蚀电流密度最小,为2.15×10^(-4)A/cm^(2),但高于FSP-AZ31的腐蚀电流密度。In order to explore the effects of scanning speed on the microstructure,mechanical properties,and corrosion resistance of FSP(Friction Stir Processing)+laser remelted AZ31 magnesium alloy composite modifications,instruments such as a stereoscope,confocal microscope,X-ray diffractometer,Vickers hardness tester,and electrochemical workstation were utilized to study the samples at different scanning speeds.The results indicate that as the scanning speed increases,the macroscopic morphology becomes smoother,the grain size is refined,and the content of theβ-phase decreases.When the scanning speed is increased from 1200 mm/min to 1800 mm/min,the microhardness of both the solidified zone and the heat-affected zone increases and is higher than that of the FSP-AZ31 sample.At a speed of 1800 mm/min,the microhardness of the solidified zone reaches a maximum of 71.62 HV,which is a 23.82%increase compared to FSP-AZ31.As the scanning speed increases,the corrosion resistance of the modified samples gradually strengthens,with the sample at 1800 mm/min having the lowest corrosion current density of 2.15×10^(−4) A/cm^(2), although it is higher than the corrosion current density of FSP-AZ31.
