摘 要:试验旨在探讨饲粮添加吡咯喹啉醌(Pyrroloquinoline quinone,PQQ)对产蛋后期脂肪肝出血综合征蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质及血浆和肝脏抗氧化指标的影响。试验选取71周龄体重、产蛋率相近的海兰褐蛋鸡240只,随机分为3组,每组8个重复,每个重复10只鸡。对照组,饲喂基础日粮;FLHS模型组,通过饲喂高脂饲粮建立脂肪肝出血综合征模型;PQQ组饲喂添加5 mg/kg PQQ的高脂饲粮,试验期12周。结果显示:①与对照组相比,FLHS模型组蛋鸡产蛋率、采食量显著降低(P<0.05),料蛋比显著升高(P<0.05);相较于FLHS模型组,PQQ组蛋鸡产蛋率、采食量和平均蛋重显著提高(P<0.05),料蛋比显著降低(P<0.05)。②与对照组相比,FLHS模型组鸡蛋蛋壳强度、蛋壳重、蛋壳厚度显著降低(P<0.05);此外FLHS模型组鸡蛋的蛋白高度和哈氏单位显著提高(P<0.05);与FLHS模型组相比,PQQ组鸡蛋蛋壳强度、蛋壳重、蛋壳厚度显著提高(P<0.05)。③与对照组相比,FLHS模型组肝脏明显肿大,边缘钝圆,呈土黄色,肝脏表面有点状出血,肝脏质脆易碎。与FLHS模型组相比,PQQ组肝脏基本恢复正常,与对照组相比无显著差异。④与对照组相比,FLHS模型组肝脏中甘油三酯水平显著提高(P<0.05),PQQ组肝脏中甘油三酯水平显著降低(P<0.05)。⑤与对照组相比,FLHS模型组蛋鸡血浆、肝脏中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量无显著差异(P>0.05);与FLHS模型组相比,饲粮添加PQQ对PQQ组蛋鸡血浆、肝脏中GSH-Px和SOD活性及MDA含量无显著影响(P>0.05)。综上所述,饲粮添加5 mg/kg PQQ可显著缓解FLHS引起的蛋鸡产蛋率、采食量下降及料蛋比的升高,改善蛋品质,缓解脂肪肝出血综合征对蛋鸡生产性能的不利影响。The aim of this experiment was to investigate the effects of dietary pyrroloquinoline quinone(PQQ)on production performance,egg quality and plasma,liver antioxidant indexes of laying hens with fatty liver hemorrhage syndrome(FLHS)in late laying period.A total of 240 Hy-Line Brown laying hens with similar body weight and egg laying rate at 71 weeks of age were randomly divided into 3 groups with 8 replicates per group and 10 hens in each replicate.The control group was fed basal diet;FLHS model group,fatty liver hemorrhage syndrome model was established by feeding high-fat diet;The PQQ group was fed high-fat diet supplemented with 5 mg/kg PQQ,and the experimental period was 12 weeks.The results showed as follows:①compared with the control group,the laying rate and feed intake of laying hens in FLHS model group were significantly decreased(P<0.05),the ratio of feed to egg was significantly increased(P<0.05);Compared with FLHS model group,laying rate,feed intake and average egg weight of laying hens in the PQQ group were significantly increased(P<0.05),the ratio of feed to egg was significantly decreased(P<0.05).②Compared with the control group,eggshell strength,eggshell weight and eggshell thickness of eggs in FLHS model group were significantly decreased(P<0.05);In addition,the protein height and Haugh Unit of eggs in the FLHS model group were significantly increased(P<0.05);Compared with FLHS model group,eggshell strength,eggshell weight and eggshell thickness in the PQQ group were significantly increased(P<0.05).③Compared with the control group,the liver of FLHS model group was significantly enlarged,the edge was blunt,and the liver surface had spot bleeding,and the liver was brittle and fragile.Compared with FLHS model group,the liver of the PQQ group was basically restored to normal,there was no significant difference between the PQQ group and the control group.④Compared with control group,liver triglyceride content in FLHS model group was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the level of triglyceride i
