摘　　要：为了解我国鸡传染性鼻炎(Infectious coryza,IC)流行情况,为IC防控提供数据参考,研究对2021—2023年从全国采集的2655份疑似IC的病料进行病原分离鉴定,并进行流行病学统计分析。结果显示:共分离到625株副鸡禽杆菌(Avibacterium paragallinarum,Apg),Apg总体检出率为23.5%;Apg检出数冬春季占全年的64.6%,夏季占比19.8%;广东、广西、福建等南方地区的Apg检出率明显高于山东、河北等北方地区;黄羽种鸡Apg检出率最高,为84.6%,其次为商品蛋鸡28.2%;从血清型来看,Apg流行株主要以C型为主(53.8%),A型次之(35.2%),B型最低(11%),但B型检出率近三年呈现逐渐上升趋势;不同地区Apg血清型分布存在差异。研究表明,我国Apg检出率未出现明显下降趋势,Apg以A+C型流行为主,B型检出率逐年上升,并且表现出品种和区域特异性。To better understand the epidemic situation of infectious coryza in China and provide basis for its clinical prevention and treatment,2655 suspected IC samples collected from China from 2021 to 2023 were isolated and identified,and epidemiological statistics were analyzed in this study.The results showed that six hundred and twenty-five confirmed Avibacterium paragallinarum(Apg)strains were isolated and the overall positive rate of Apg was 23.5%.The detected cases of Apg in winter and spring accounted for 64.6%of the whole year,and 19.8%in summer.The detection rates of Apg in southern area such as Guangdong,Guangxi and Fujian was significantly higher than those in northern area such as Shandong and Hebei.The highest positive rate of Apg in yellow-feather breeding chickens was 84.6%,followed by commercial laying hens(28.2%).The isolates identified encompassed serotype A,B and C,of which serotype C made up 53.8%,followed by type A(35.2%)and type B(11%).The detection rate of type B had increased gradually in the last three years.The distribution of Apg serotypes varied in different areas.The results indicated that there had been no drop in the detection rate of Apg over the last three years,and the predominant epidemic strain of Apg were type A and C,the detection rate of type B increased year by year,which showed geographical and varietal specificity.
