摘　　要：繁殖性状是家禽的重要生产性状,直接影响家禽养殖业的经济效益。与繁殖相关的性状受基因表达调控,其中MK2/3基因在调节卵泡闭锁、生长和发育,卵巢黄体形成和消退,以及卵母细胞成熟等过程中发挥重要作用。文章主要从MK2/3基因的结构和生物学作用及其对家禽繁殖性状调控作用等方面进行综述,为进一步研究MK2/3基因对家禽繁殖性状的调控机制提供参考。Reproductive traits are important production traits of poultry,which directly affect the economic benefits of breeding.Reproduction-related traits are regulated by gene expression,in which MK2/3 genes play an important role in regulating follicular atresia,growth and development,ovarian corpus luteum formation and regression,and oocyte maturation.In this paper,the structure and biological function of MK2/3 genes and their regulation on reproductive traits of poultry were reviewed to provide reference for further study on the regulation mechanism of MK2/3 gene on reproductive traits of poultry.
