摘 要:目的:了解江苏省部分公立医院医生群体情绪劳动及情绪智力现状,为引导医生情绪、改善患者就医感受提供参考。方法:对江苏省12所公立医院开展医生情绪劳动及智力现状开展问卷调查,并对相关数据进行独立样本t检验、方差分析等描述性分析。结果:男性医生在情绪劳动表现方面优于女性医生(P<0.05);不同职称医生对情绪相关认知存在差异(P<0.05);大部分科室医生对情绪不同认知具有一致性(P<0.05);不同收入医生群体对情绪相关认知具有差异(P<0.05)。结论:男性医生情绪劳动能力略高于女性医生,但是院方需要加强医生情绪劳动深层扮演素质能力,正高职称相比其他职称医生而言情绪治理能力更加突出,院方今后在引导医生情绪、提高其满意度上,需要将不同科室、收入等特征纳入考量,有针对提高医生情绪劳动及智力能力,为患者提供优质服务,改善就诊体验。Objective:To understand the current status of emotional labor and emotional intelligence among doctors in public hospitals in Jiangsu Province and provide references for guiding doctors’emotional regulation and improving patients’medical experiences.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted among doctors from 12 public hospitals in Jiangsu Province.Independent sample t-tests,variance analysis,and descriptive analyses were applied to analyze the data.Results:Male doctors demonstrated better emotional labor performance than female doctors(P<0.05).Doctors of different professional titles exhibited differences in emotional cognition(P<0.05).Most doctors across various departments showed consistency in emotional cognition(P<0.05).Doctors with different income levels displayed significant differences in emotional cognition(P<0.05).Conclusion:Male doctors tend to have slightly stronger emotional labor capabilities than female doctors.However,hospitals need to enhance doctors'abilities for deep acting in emotional labor.Doctors with senior titles showed more advanced emotional management skills than those with other titles.Hospitals should consider factors such as department and income to guide doctors’emotional regulation effectively,improve their satisfaction,and enhance both emotional labor and emotional intelligence abilities to provide high-quality services and improve patients’medical experiences.
