摘　　要：医务人员是医疗卫生事业的主力军,关注医务人员的职业健康情况具有积极的现实意义。近年来因职业紧张给医务人员造成的职业健康问题不容乐观,也是近年来国内外研究的热点。因此,笔者从医务人员职业紧张的研究对象、职业紧张的评价手段、职业紧张的影响因素、职业紧张对医务人员健康的影响4个方面进行阐述,并对改善医务人员职业紧张提出建议,以期为医务人员职业紧张的管理和改善提供借鉴。Healthcare professionals are the backbone of the healthcare system,making their occupational health a matter of significant practical importance.In recent years,occupational stress has emerged as a pressing health issue for healthcare workers and a key research focus both domestically and internationally.This review examines occupational stress among healthcare professionals from four perspectives:study populations,assessment methods,influencing factors,and the impact of occupational stress on their health.Recommendations for managing and mitigating occupational stress are proposed to provide guidance for improving the occupational wellbeing of healthcare professionals.
