山西文旅产业融合演化测评

摘　　要：文旅融合是形成新的经济增长点的关键措施,对于产业结构的优化,区域经济的发展都有积极作用。文章选取山西省2009—2019年的文化和旅游数据,测算复合系统的耦合度与耦合协调度,研判山西文旅融合程度与发展差异。结果表明:山西文化产业和旅游产业发展差异显著,旅游产业发展水平整体高于文化产业,区域发展水平不均,中部太原和晋中形成明显的增长极;山西文旅产业一直处于高水平耦合阶段,耦合协调度呈向好发展趋势,但耦合协调度不理想,融合水平整体偏低,文旅产业融合处于失调状态,且两级分化严重;文化与旅游产业融合水平在空间上呈现“中部高四周低”,由盆地向山地、由中心城市向外围逐步减弱的发展格局。中部太原、晋中两地融合好,其他地市文旅融合等级低,在协调与失调边缘徘徊,阳泉与朔州属于严重失调,文旅融合面临严峻问题。The integration of culture and tourism is a key measure to form new economic growth points,which has a positive effect on the optimization of industrial structure and the development of regional economy.This paper selects the cultural and tourism data of Shanxi Province from 2009 to 2019,calculates the coupling degree and coupling coordination degree of the complex system,and analyzes the integration degree and development difference of cultural and tourism in Shanxi Province.The results show that there is a significant difference between the cultural industry and the tourism industry in Shanxi Province.The development level of the tourism industry is higher than that of the cultural industry,and the regional development level is uneven.The cultural and tourism industry in Shanxi has always been in the stage of high-level coupling,and the coupling coordination degree shows a good development trend on the whole,but the coupling coordination degree is not ideal,the integration level is low,the integration of cultural and tourism is misaligned,and the two levels are seriously differentiated.The level of cultural and tourism integration presents a spatial pattern of“high in the middle and low in the periphery”,gradually weakening from the basin to the mountain and from the central city to the periphery.In the middle,Taiyuan and Jinzhong are well integrated,while other cities have low levels of cultural and tourism integration,hovering on the edge of coordination and imbalance.Yangquan and Shuozhou are seriously dysfunctional,and the integration and development of cultural and tourism are facing serious problems.
