旅游实景演出项目《宋城千古情》游客满意度研究

摘　　要：“沉浸式体验”的到来把“演艺+”模式推向了大众视野,旅游演艺项目成为旅游地的核心竞争力。文章以《宋城千古情》为例,探讨在游客感知视角下影响该演出体验满意度的因素,通过因子分析提取出影响最大的5个主因子,结合因子得分和各评价指标所占权重得出演艺服务因子、舞台高科技因子、演出主题内容因子、演员演出艺术因子和票价因子是影响游客满意度的主要因素。据此,提出相应改进措施:(1)加强剧院服务,改良席位设置;(2)更新科技手段,打造高端舞台;(3)保留经典片段,注重特色创新;(4)强化剧情体验,增加游客互动;(5)调整演出票价,制定优惠政策。With the arrival of the“experience economy era”,the“performing arts+”mode has gradually entered the tourists'field of vision.Tourism performing arts projects has undoubtedly become the core competitiveness of tourist destinations.Taking“romance of the song dynasty”as an example,combining factor scores and the weights of each evaluation index,it is concluded that the factors affecting tourist satisfaction are performing arts service factor,stage high-tech factor,performance theme content factor,actor performance art factor and ticket price factor.Accordingly,the corresponding improvement measures are put forward:(1)Strengthening theatre services and improving seat Settings;(2)Update scientific and technological means to create a high-end stage;(3)Retain classic fragments and pay attention to characteristic innovation;(4)Strengthen the story experience and increase visitor interaction;(5)Adjust performance ticket prices and formulate preferential policies.
