摘　　要：口罩作为日常生活用品在涉案现场出现概率极高,而案发现场出现的口罩类物证本身既可作为证据又能够提供线索。口罩主体部分通常由面罩、鼻梁条和耳挂绳组成,以一次性医用外科口罩为研究对象,采用显微镜法、X射线荧光光谱法和红外光谱法,通过对市面上常见的20种不同品牌的一次性医用外科口罩的三层面罩、耳挂绳、鼻梁条中的金属材料和塑料覆膜的物理形态、组成成分进行综合检验分析,这一方法能够有效获取各品牌一次性医用外科口罩的特征信息,并能够做到有效区分比对,所得实验数据能够为涉及口罩类物证违法犯罪案件提供线索和参考。Masks,as daily necessities,have a high probability of appearing at the crime scene,and the physical evidence of masks appearing at the crime scene can serve as both evidence and clues.The main body of a mask is usually composed of a face mask,nose bridge strips,and ear hooks.Taking disposable medical surgical masks as the research object,microscopy,X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy,and infrared spectroscopy were used to comprehensively inspect and analyze the physical form and composition of the metal materials and plastic film in the three-layer face mask,ear hooks,and nose bridge strips of 20 common brands of disposable medical surgical masks on the market.The characteristic information of the 20 brands of disposable medical surgical masks can be obtained and effectively distinguished and compared.The experimental data obtained in this article can provide clues and references for cases involving mask related physical evidence and illegal crimes.
